So I wanted to surprise my son with his own MC server for Xbox/phone. I decided to give NB a try. try to check out but paypal wasn't working right so I hit cancel, choose my Credit card instead and check out. Everything was instantly created however 3 little problems. Credit card was being charged the wrong amount, so I open a ticket. 2nd problem is, the paypal order that I hit cancel on, didn't really cancel. No biggy, open a 2nd ticket. Last issue, server won't start. So I open a third ticket. After about 5 hours of waiting I get a response that my tickets have been merged and escalated. Over a day goes by with no response after the escalation, so I take it to twitter to get the attention of the support team, which finally got them to respond(as they were not responding to my ticket). Asked my to DM my ticket number. So I do and I get a response about how they are confused about my requests(not sure how cancel the paypal order it was suppose to cancel, fix the price of my payment, and get my server working is confusing, but I explained it again). Another 10 hours go by and the only response I get is that my case is being escalated again. It has now been 4 days since my initial order and they can't figure it out. No thanks, I didn't really ask of anything that hard, stay away if you want support that knows what they are doing.

This seems to be one of the very few hosts that actual offer 24/7 support that is actually 24/7 support. No matter what time of day it is there always seem to be someone around that can help you out if you run into any issues. The staff at NetherBox know what they are doing and always have an answer for any question I have asked. Really good host. Can’t complain.

The service is pretty awesome at NetherBox, my server has crashed a few times and they have jumped straight in to sort it out for me which I’am very grateful for. The issues were resolved in a matter of minutes which I was shocked at. Turned out I deleted something that I wasn't suppose to delete so they just reinstalled the file for me :) though this was my fault on this occasion there has been other times where the server has gone down without any explanation and popped up again which is why I can’t give them a perfect score.

Price was great and the server performance has held its own in the last couple of months so I haven't got a bad word to say about them. I haven't yet used their support as everything is running like clock work and already pretty much know what I’m doing as I have used other hosts in the past. We haven't seen any lag spikes in out server performance yet and the ping for my friends is pretty low so it’s all good!

Support has been really great! The guys at NetherBox always get back to me really quickly and are friendly and helpful. I was confused about how to add mods when I first started and they were more then happy to help me out after I sent them a few tickets. It took a while for me to get my head around it but once they had worked with me we had the server up in no time! Since then I have had to ask for their help a few more times but they still continue to happily answer any of my questions in the best way possible. Great Host - Great Support
