Minecraft: Pocket Edition is the mobile version of Minecraft that can be played on both Tablets and mobile and continues to become more popular by the day, thanks to the huge success of Minecraft on PC. MC:PE remains the same as the PC version however is still lacking in a couple of aspects including mod compatibility. Despite the game being on a mobile version it still has multiplayer and gamers can even find Minecraft: Pocket Edition servers so they can play online with their friends and others.
MC:PE allows players to connect with each other in 2 ways, either through a LAN connection allowing up to 5 Players or renting Minecraft: Pocket Edition server hosting which will allow you to play with loads of players depending on the size of your server. For a better MC:PE experience we would suggest that you rent from one of the following companies as they are approved hosts.
This game is a mod for Minecraft and extends the functionality through added blocks and gameplay modes.
For popular games such as Minecraft: Pocket Edition we have made videos that explain the history and how you can use CompareGameHosting to make the right provider choice.
If you can't get enough of minecraft well to simply put it Minecraft pocket edition is the next step for you, allowing you to play your favorite game on the go. A simple and achievable goal has been met by creating the Minecraft pocket edition world, allowing for players to create their desires when out and about. As with all other forms of minecraft a lot of the praise goes back to the community for their creative ideas, this is no exception as you the player can create want you want to build just a smaller scale. The downsized maps are a noteworthy complaint however, with it being a smaller game you will find that your playing area has been reduced by a sizable chunk. Praise goes to the involvement of the survival mode, enabling you to play the classic gamemode we all love. With the addition of survival mode you can expect the bad guys of minecraft to appear when the sun sets or during the exploration of a underground cave, with such a small screen i found that identifying these enemies was relatively easy and allowed for me to continue my building without getting jumped, a feature i found happening quite often in the orginal minecraft. However this may be the result of mods being reduced in size in Minecraft pocket edition as well as the removal of the infamous enderman, while as previously mentioned allows for uninterrupted building this also creates a slightly emptier world. While a fun experience it's no doubt that Minecraft pocket edition is the true little brother to its dominating older original brother, if your looking to find some cheap Minecraft pocket edition hosting then this is the place to be.
I remember the days before Minecraft PE server hosting. Playing over wireless with a friend.... Seems a long time ago now!
I was having difficulties finding the best and cheapest Minecraft pocket edition server hosting because there really is too much choice on the internet, with a lot of people claiming they have the best and cheapest mcpe server hosting. However it has just made me very skeptical of all these sites, as a lot of them look pretty unsafe based on their terrible website. Anyway after running around in circles and not really knowing what to do I decided to compare a few of the hosts listed on this site,as a lot of the hosts already had some positive reviews. After looking around for a good half hour I finally found a host that I was happy to give a go. I have been using mcpe server hosting for the last few days now and I haven’t had any problems so thanks for pointing me in the right direction! Much appreciated.
Hopefully this helps you out Sam! Minecraft Pocket Edition server hosting is pretty much the only way to host more than a few players as your ipad is just not powerful enough to run a large server like a computer would. If you looking for just a small server for your MCPE then its pretty easy to find a 3rd party company that will host your game for you around the clock for a couple dollars a month. If you have the money to spare then it is a really good investment if you want a world where random players wont destroy your stuff and you can play with just your friends. However like i said this does end up costing you somewhere between $3 - $10 for a small server so have a look around first. But to sum it all up! Yes, Minecraft Pocket Edition server hosting is well worth getting for you and your friends. Hope this helps.
Is it worth getting Minecraft: Pocket Edition server hosting? I have been playing with other people for a while mainly on Hunger game servers but I would like to buy my own server now! I don't want to buy a huge one! Just one with like 10 player so me and my friends can playing the evenings and on the weekend pretty much. Would be nice if some one you could explain why it's worth getting one and if there are certain ones I should look for. Thanks for any help!
Love playing Minecraft so much. It's so good that I can play it when I'm not around a computer now as well on the go. I just wish that adding mods on the pocket edition was a bit easier. It seems to be a bit more difficult then on the computer. Been trying to figure out if you can play Pixelmon on my iPad but can't seem to find the answer anywhere. Would really love to be able to play it on the go, hope its something they look in to soon! Would be amazing.
Got my MC PE server hosting for BisectHosting and it has been amazing. It lets me play with my friends when we are not able to host it together as we are not in the same house. They even gave me a discount when I spoke to their team. Really great of them to do that.
I was unable to play with my friends on the weekend as we couldn't connect locally. However we discovered that you could host your own server like you could on PC so we gave that a try and its has been running great. I'm just happy that I can continue playing pocket edition rather than having to buy a PC. We managed to get a pretty good deal on a person server in the end :)
So much better hosting your own world rather then having to join some other server that just lags really bad. The host i chose even gave me advice on what apps to download and how to mod my pocket edition as I was having trouble trying to figure it out. The hosts seem like really nice people which is great. If you want to play with your friends and other people online they its well worth looking at getting some Minecraft: Pocket Edition server hosting. You wont regret it! Best few $ I have ever spent.
Minecraft: Pocket Edition is so good. I was not allowed to get a PC as I was given a table for my birthday so it was such a relief that I could play Minecraft on my iPad instead. Really enjoy playing the game so much, its great being able to play with friends as well now over the internet rather then having to go around their house on the weekends. So good.
Even though mcpe (Minecraft Pocket Edition) is one of the newest additions to the Minecraft library it's quickly becoming one of the Best games on mobile and tablet. I had been very pro PC when minecraft came out and I refused to play it on console as it was further behind the PC. Even though I had early criticisms about Minecraft arriving on Tablet and mobile I was soon surprised to find myself downloading it to play when I went on holiday with my parents as I was worried that I would be bored. I was half expecting it to be like the early beta release of Minecraft with very little to do, playing a game without mods or plugins. The game was of course in its Vanilla state however it made me appreciate the games and its roots again as I had become so absorbed in the PC mods and plugins that I had forgotten how brilliant a Vanilla game could be. The game is obviously not as good as the PC version but it's great to be able to play on the go when you're out and about. I only recently discovered that you could now use mcpe server hosting on the pocket edition which I was very surprised to hear about. I have high hopes for mcpe and I hope they continue to improve it over the next few months.
