Rust server hosting is typically sold in larger slot packages with the typical starter set containing 50 slots. This is generally done as the game isn't much fun on a smaller server as to keep the atmosphere fast moving and exciting. Rust is only available as multi-player, so the importance of having a server to play on is massive.
Rust is a survival game where you enter the world bare naked and all you have to do is to make sure that you survive. You have to acquire items, and resources then craft unique tools that will help you obtain the best results and survive.
The Rust game world is huge and each server has its own randomly generated one, so you never get the same experience. With Rust you will always have the opportunity to experience some extraordinary game play opportunities, but at the same time you will have a lot of fun as you try to create a large settlements with your friends.
The game is well known for its epic raiding parties that take place with a mass of human players swarming a teams base at once. This panicked situation adds a real sense of excitement to the game as people go blowing panels and roofs from buildings gaining you entry. Although devastating to the other teams supplies and base the fun ensued is astronomical with some obvious very sore losers.
For popular games such as Rust we have made videos that explain the history and how you can use CompareGameHosting to make the right provider choice.
A very festive update from the Rust team that brings with it a new system that allows for barricades to be rebuilt. No more do you have to keep rebuilding barricades after they have been trashed, now you can simply hammer away at them till the health reaches 100%.
Lots of new skins and festive treats have been added like a stone fireplace to sit in front of. Christmas hats and other clothes have been chucked in to bring annoyance or joy to those you play with, depends if you like Christmas or not!
This update brought in a much needed change in the way walls are placed in the game. You are now able to have half sized walls, making it easier to make structures that have greater protection for those inside and aid in moving about.
Power lines are also spawned in at realistic locations with substations popping up where 2 lines cross. Roads are also generated with an algorithm that is smarter to bring the game more realism.
Annoying health bars on everything is no more a thing, the game only shows health bars if the items health is below 95%.
The king of all modpacks for Rust is Oxide, quite a few games rely on Oxide to handle in-game mods reliably like Reign of Kings does.
Pretty much all of the game hosting providers we deal with supply some variety of Oxide support. If you ask your provider they will almost certainly agree to let you upload the modpack files and let it take control of your server.
Once installed, Oxide then gives you access to an easily installable library of mini-mods. Currently their are over 50 visible on the site with more being added every month.
Another in house designer for Rust to help you release your inner interior designer without the hindrance of raiding parties.
The reviews for this mod aren’t too great though so some research and caution would be advised.
If you are the kind of person who loves designing bases but hate the idea of players destroying your work then apart from getting Rust server hosting this mod is perfect for you.
Theres even a Subreddit with designs that people have shared for you to take a look at.
Rust requires so much attention and consumes so much time as you will be enthralled by just how good this game is and you simply won't want to put it down! This is one of the first games that I have ever been fully stressed out with! After spending hours and hours building my own settlement and creating loads of gear the server I was playing on was wiped! Needless to say I was absolutely devastated as I had spent about 10 hours and hadn't realized that servers were regularly wiped! Even though I had to restart all over again I wasn't to disappointed in the end as I decided that the first play through was just a learning curve to get to know the game. However the best advice is "Play with the right people, on the right server." If you can't find a good server to play on than rent your own RUST server hosting to avoid all your stuff being wiped! Just a word of advice.
It just keeps getting better if im honest! Yes I can see why a lot of people hate the game and simply wont play it because they just want to build a rubbish shack and live out their days in a video game. However the people "like myself" that really get stuck in, just can't get enough of RUST! RUST is suppose to be a game that keeps you on your toes, so it's a bit of a joke to see all these people wanting to play NO KOS servers as its just defeats the object of the game. Now I have been playing for hour after hour and I will admit that sometimes I do get ****** off! But it is the best game on the steam store and will continue to improve over time! #RUST
If you have ever played RUST you will know how annoying it can be to play on someone else's server! Admins are generally ##### or don't have a clue what they are doing and will just ban you for fun! However if you are really lucky you may find a Rust server with a decent admin and a great community! This can be a very hard find but it does exist. However if you haven't got the patients to find a community that wont kill you for LOLS then its best that you look at getting yourself some RUST server hosting in order to avoid all the trolls. Now your in charge and you can do what ever you want rather then having to role-play or getting kicked for "accidentally" shooting someone!
Remember those days when playing Red Dead Redemption when you would try to fist fight a bear and end up rightfully mauled to death? If you do then Rust is a game that manages to spread this experience out to its game play on a daily basis! If you are going to try or play Rust then be prepared to become a bears food on a multiple occasions, apart from this and the lack of originality there is nothing but praise that I can personally find about Rust, and to be honest sometimes the bear can be a comic relief to hours of intense game play. Rust’s beginnings placing you as a random NPC who you are forced into empathizing with that is stranded without any real sort of equipment, you are then pushed into exploring the wasteland of a world. Having to focus on your radiation, dehydration and starvation levels throughout the game also add another element of fun as you search through the various crack houses that have randomly appeared in the wasteland for supplies, you may also stumble upon a weapon that could provide to be the most useful bit of equipment you could need. What really makes Rust stand out though is its online features, with such a low supply of supplies it seems obvious to work together to claim as much as you possibly can, whats happens when you're about to die from starvation though and sadly your friend has the supplies you need? With the ability to loot every supply they collected from their dead body it makes the idea of trust online an interesting one, of course the works both ways as you might find yourself on the end of your friends club. Whatever you think of our review you might be hear to find the cheap Rust hosting we offer!
Rust server hosting is a must if you stand any chance of building your own RP No KOS game. Everybody is to quick to jump on a server and start killing each other straight away, which is fine if you are not interested in actually getting the most out of the game. However there is no better feeling then having people join your RP server and actually playing events and taking on job roles. Give it a go before you starting running around naked with a gun in hand :)
Its the most addictive game I have ever played but you really have to have a lot a patience when you first get started. You will find yourself being attacked multiple times by a gang of naked people looking to rob your house, kill you and take all of your belongings so it can get very frustrating and I have many friends that will not even play the game now for this reason. However if you want to avoid things like this rust server hosting is the best option available as you will be able to password your server preventing these sort of people from just jumping in when ever they feel like it. the again you need to already have loads of people to join so its a vicious circle really.
eah it's still better the 99% of the other games they are bringing out these days. To many rip offs that don't even stand in the same league as rust and it's playability which Is why it's number 1. Excellent. Amazing and brilliant all in one.
the game is continuously being updated and there is plenty of play-ability. For less the $20 you can easily get 500 + hours out this game and still want to continue playing for another 500. RUST is 100 times better then ARK, DayZ, H1Z1 and any other survival game that has popped up in the last year. Can't fault this game in anyway. Rust is life, Rust is lush.
Had to go down the route of renting my own Rust server hosting as I constantly being harassed by Russians and kids that found it funny to make my life as miserable as possible but constantly ganging up on me and stealing all my hard work after hours of playing. :( The best thing about getting your own RUST server is the fact that you can add oxide mods to it to prevent people from killing you in your sleep, along with many other great plugins. The game itself is incredible, I have spent so much time playing this game and I can't wait to see what else the Devs will do with Experimental.
I told myself that I would just play a few hours! Hours turned in days, days to weeks, weeks to months! This game is a addictive and very fun! Join the Rust nation!
Word of advise! Never trust a gang of naked people.... you engage these naked people and you are in for a very bad time lol. Joking a side RUST a brilliant game that so many other games have tried to copy in the last year with just different themes, but nothing beats this original sandbox game. RUST is both brilliant and brutal all in one and it will continue to get my support.
Alpha has been great! hoping to see a lot more when the game reaches its full potential. Big thumbs up for the devs though the game is huge and everyone loves it.
The game is so amazing but with like so many great games you can always expect to find hackers jumping in to your rust server and messing around! Stealing all your stuff that you spent literally hours working for and then even more hours used to upgrade those items time and time again. The also clip through your bases which is so annoying. This game sadly falls prey to so many hackers and just makes you lose hope a lot of the time. Server hosting does help with a password, but its just disappointing to see that more steps haven't be taken to get rid of them :( But dont take this all as a negative as the game is amazing!
