|| Support: Beastnode have always been pretty responsive whenever I have sent them a ticket and they usually respond within an hour during the evenings. 5/5 || Features: Like most hosts Beastnode are constantly keeping up with the latest release of the multicraft control Panel and offer all the extras including 1-click install for most of the public packages including Bukkit and Tekkit packs. They also offer a couple of other free features such as Enjin and Buycraft trials if you're in need of these extras. 4/5 || Uptime and Performance: In general I have received great performance from their service, I have experienced a couple down times for scheduled maintenance but was always informed before hand. Only ever seen lag on the server when it was filled to the max on the weekend. 4/5 || Price: Overall the price point wasn't to bad and the service does match what you are paying for so I can easily give this one a 5/5 || Overall: In conclusion Beastnode are a well rounded company that have been fantastic over the last 4 months with all the features, Uptime, Support and Pricing I really don't have anything negative to say.

After reading maybe 20 - 30 plus across 12 Minecraft hosts I decided to give BeastNode a shot as they had a lot of positive comments for both their customer support and extra mod and plugin support which was something that I knew I was going to need with as soon as the server was set up. Although Beast node was not the cheapest out of the hosts I was looking at it looked liked the most established hosts and again their were very few negative reviews about so I thought I would give them a try. Overall I did have a few problems with actually working the multicraft panel which meant I didn't actually get to play for the first few hours but once me and the support team had exchanged a few tickets everything was set up exactly the way that I had wanted it. If you ever have any questions, you can just ping these guys a ticket and someone will help you as soon as they are free to help. 10/10

Overall BeastNode is a great deal if you chose a Spider package. It offers a great range of features and flexibility for $10 a month and is able to handle our 15 player community with a load of mods installed on the server. It says on their website that the player limit is unlimited however this isn't the case as we have had around 25 people on the server before and it did start to lag. Support itself has been hit and miss sometime (sorry guys) I have experienced fast support times elsewhere but they are still pretty reasonable by minecraft standards. Luckily I’am able to fix a lot of the problems myself so I don’t have to rely too much on the actual support to help me. But for the price the server itself is excellent.
Excellent 7.1 from 0 - 10
