The customer service has been rubbish. They are only open for a few hours during the day when I’m at work. So whenever I have problems in the evening I Am unable to get hold of anyone :( The idea of using a VPS server for minecraft was a great sell for me but the support times have really let this company down. It’s a real pain not being able to get live help.

They seem to know a lot about minecraft however their other game support is lacking and they are often a bit confused when I ask about modding or config setup on any game apart from minecraft. The support also takes a long time to answer anything which can often be annoying when all you want to do is play after a long day at work.

Brilliant Hosting from CreeperHost. I have had a great few months hosting with them and I’m happy to say the I will continue using their services in future as I have not had any problems with them. I have Hosted FTB as well as a Starbound and a starmade server all on the same VPS. The staff have been very helpful since day one and they are always keen to help out when I get stuck with a problem. They have an answer for most things and if they don’t know it the main guys in the company are quick to get involved and sort it out for you. :) I would recommend that anyone try them out as I have been very impressed with their servers.

CreeperHost have been very friendly and offer a great amount of support. There were a few bugs when I first started using the server as I was unsure about using a virtual private server rather than a shared server that I had used in the past which was pretty straight forward. Compared to a shared server a VPS is a much better choice in my eyes. My server is not restricted and I can use it for anything including hosting my website which I was very impressed with. It may not be the best for people that don’t know much about server hosting as it does take a while to get your head around unlike having another company do all the work for you. Really good. 8/10

I get full access to a VPS with my server which is great because I.am pretty much able to do anything I want with it. (Server Hosting wise) Bought I VPS package for Minecraft however I was not using all the space on my server so I decided to try and add a voice server to my VPS and it worked. There was no limits, I had to it myself but I managed to get teamspeak working off the same server so I managed to save myself a couple of £.

Compared to other hosts like MCProhost and GG server, CreeperHost has by far been the best of the best. The staff are friendly unlike the other companies and they are always so willing to help me out whenever I have messed up things on my server. This was something that the other hosts just couldn't be bothered to do. They really have been fantastic and I can not thank them enough for helping me out all the time.<3 <3 <3

I have been using Creeperhost for the last 5 months and I have had nothing but a great time with them. They always seem to go the extra mile whenever I ask them for help and the staff are often getting involved with myself and the community over twitter, It’s always nice to see what the team are up to when they are playing Minecraft. If you're looking for a good company that knows a lot about Minecraft then I would suggest that you rent a Creeperhost server. You won't be disappointed.

99% Uptime, really quick customer support and they also offer money off coupons every week and other great prizes on twitter which is a huge bonus. (Love these guys) They are the cheapest VPS gaming company I have seen around, as i can pack a couple of games on one server and have them running without any problems meaning me and my friends can easily switch between games without having to buy another server. Buy 1 package and host multiple games, it really is great.
