Amazing! They have assisted my Partner and I in every shape and form and have always been very accommodating with our requests over the past few months. With little experience in server hosting we had been looking for host that would take a lot of the work out of hosting so we could just get on and play Minecraft. Fragnet have really hit the nail on the head and ticked all the boxes in our opinion. If you're looking for a friendly and helpful provider I would advise using Fragnet.

Fragnet is a great company! I recently switched over to them for minecraft hosting as I had been messed around by a smaller host run by a teenager! (BIG MISTAKE) Thankfully I have had zero problems since switching over to Fragnet.

I must admit that I did have a few problems at the start when I first purchased the server with sorting out a few plugins. However they managed to get this sorted within an hour or two of flagging up the problem. Not had any problems with lag from their servers or limits to my gameplay which is great.Only con is the fact that I would personally like some different payment methods, but that’s just me being picky. Nice Job Fragnet

Bought a Garry’s mod server and everything has been good so far. I was unsure initially about renting a server in Amsterdam as there are very few hosts offering this service in my area. However the server is very stable and I have yet to encounter any major problems yet. Tickets have been pretty quick and the staff seem more than happy to help whenever I run in to a problem. Tickets times have been good considering other places I have used take forever to respond to anything which is a joke. Overall Its a great service and I would advise anyone to try them out.

I have been using Fragnet for quite sometime now and can’t say that I have ever really run in to an issues that we haven't been able to resolve. As a company the team are great and very helpful and more than willing to bend over backwards for you. I have only really experience downtime once when they had a major issue on my server, however they were quick to get this sorted and I was back online in no time. Good Prices and Good Servers.
