Terrible company.

Terrible company. I ordered a dedicated server from these guys and I was constantly running into problems with them. 1. It took ages to even get the thing set up. I was told a couple of hours by the support staff but it ended up being a couple of days.. Days in which I had paid for but did not have a server. 2. Their support staff is rubbish, they seem to be utterly clueless and just don't know what they are on about, it’s like talking to a 12 year old that is just copying and pasting a list of answers. I just ran around in circles for several days trying to get some sort of answer for any questions I had. 3. The server was rubbish for the money I had paid, my users were continually unhappy with lag spikes and downtime and I lost a lot of my community because of this. 4. To top it off I was charged as second month even though I had cancelled my service after only having it for a week. This meant that I was now having to go through the support again. Use another GSP these guys are terrible!
