Worst experience ever

You will email them since your server randomly crashed and then a whole 9 hours later they will respond saying "Your server crashed". Well no shit Sherlock that is what it said in the original ticket. You will then get a response (6 hours later mind you) saying "Sir everything I told you was true". They are more interested in proving their point than they are about helping you. They will literally do nothing for you and you are better off hiring a hamster to run a 12 year old computer than you are using these guys. Please they are overpriced and worthless go somewhere else! If you don't and think I am just making something out of nothing at the very least only buy 1 month and within 24 hours you will see they are the worst.
