I wouldn't rent anything from them. Their website, especially their donating to friends to keep servers online-option, is unsafe. That's not the worst part, the worst part is their service is lacking. A friend was able to do a Paypal-payment with my Paypal account, about a few minutes after I donated to his account with my own account and saved my Paypal credentials to my Nitrado-account. This lead to a lot of e-mails back and forth to Paypal and Nitrado. Nitrado denied there was anything wrong (I've got obvious proof) and so did Paypal. I gave up on them eventually after dozens of e-mails and took my loss. Just a warning.

we have had the server for several days, Constant connection lost problems. Every few mins the server display "connection to server lost" then takes several mins to catch up.

I had a BF4 server with these guys. The performance at first was absolutely horrendous, the support staff then promptly moved me onto a new machine and it was great for months. Fast forward to now and the performance is horrible, 24/7 lag when server population is full. Support staff have just completely ignored me for the past 2 weeks. Avoid like the plague, though to be honest, I feel the plague would probably have better customer satisfaction.

I got a ark server from this host, and it was just terrible. They released updates late, they have a terrible website interface, they have the worst customer service of all time, and they would randomly shut down the server while we were on it. I am so done with Nitrado.

I have spent a few months wasting my money with Nitrado. The service has just gone worse day by day. now the server is crashing and stays offline for hours, it happens almost everyday. Do not choose this host.

Server goes offline all the time, i made a ticket on the 6th jan and still havent got a reply. Server came back on then off again friday 15th Jan, 3 more tickets + 2 phone calls to Germany from UK my server is still offline gonna try GTX Gaming now I would have left zero stars for customer support but 1 seems to be the minimun
