PlugPayPlay is the cheapest! That means allot. However when you have been looking forward to some time off work to play on your server only to find that it is down when that time finally arrives... you start questioning whether being cheap is enough. Had a little lag on the server... but was okay with that because of the price... Their control panel and help articles are a little frustrating to use... fine with that cause its cheaper. Now I find myself staring at the website saying : "Around the clock live support: We understand that problems may happen at unpredictable and odd hours of the day. This is why we have support staff in different time zones to help you out at every step of the way." One of the things I noted when I looked at getting my server with plugpayplay... only that live support is never green and tickets take hours to be addressed. I've raised three tickets since being with them just over a month. One took 3 hours to be addressed which was ok, the other one took 7 hours and the current one is at 5 hours and waiting...There is no one on their team speak either. Perhaps they can have their price that low because they don't have tons of staff around the clock... fair enough, then they should not make false promises on their webpage that mislead. People understand you get what you pay for. I certainly have learn't that lesson enough times to where I should know better. If price point is most important to you... use them, you'll be somewhat content as long as nothing goes wrong.

Been using PPP for MineCraftBunggecord server for just over a month now and I can easily say that things have been going a lot better than a lot of the other hosts I have used in the past (Let’s not go into that though) Ticket times are pretty reasonable but it can often depend on the day you submit, weekends are normally a nightmare however during the week everything seems quick enough. Servers can sometimes lag, but again this does depend on the time of day. Worth trying out.

The main reason I went from this host is because of the price being so cheap! The price of most of their game servers is normally 20-30% cheaper than most hosts which are trying to over charge. I even managed to get a great like discount when i contacted them about using their services which made my monthly rental even cheaper. Would recommend this host to anyone looking to rent a game server.

On of the very few places that offer cube world server hosting. Im very grateful that I found plugpayplay as it would seem that no one wants to host cube world. Luckily i stumbled upon them in the end and their service as been more than enough to support me and my friends playing in the evening. Keep up the good work.

If I were to sum up this host in just one sentence I would say: “Very competitively priced for such a good service.” Plugpayplay seems to be one of the cheapest hosts around that offers such a wide variety of games to choose from. I have a couple servers with them and will continue to use them as I know I can count on their great hardware.

Rarely encountered any problems since using plugpayplay. The support staff have always just been a ticket away and i have received help within a couple of hours. their voice serves have been great as well and I haven't experienced any down time on either of my servers so I'm pretty happy with my rental.
