Rented a 7 Days to Dies Server with PurePings. Sales staff conviced me to use their services and promised PINGS <50. Initially everything was great and we Had no Issues. However, one month later, they decided to move Server Location and reassigned an IP Address. Now Server PING is constantly 180-200++. Have reported this to Technical Team numerous Times and No solution to the problem. Server Support is also very slow to respond (Even reached 5days to respond despite claiming average respond time at 12 minutes). Very dissapointed with the services now. Giving them a chance and if problem still persists until the middle of August '15, I will demand for a FULL-REFUND. Not what I contracted for.
