Ordered a server online and it was down within two days of purchase and stayed down for over 84 straight hours despite being told a 12 hour max downtime. I asked for a refund and the customer service refuses to reply and closes the tickets.

TL;DR - ViLayer's support is non-existant. Go Elsewhere! Getting a game server running is fine (its automated) but getting any additional access to your server (like command line access) requires a ticket which takes WEEKS to be answered. I'm starting to wonder if anyone even checks the website anymore...

So I had a teamspeak server and a VPS with them, the VPS was fine had no issues, but my teamspeak was a different story. There were many laggy nights and even times when me and my friends were in the middle of a game, the teamspeak would go offline making it horrible to play. I can't fault their cheap prices though, just be aware that you are probably paying for about 20 days of uptime

For the first two weeks it was fine. Then the bans stopped working on my csgo server. I mailed them several times but they said nothing that helped me. Running a minigames server is annoying because kids will join and they are screaming and greifing. Without the bans working its no use with it. All the toxic people stay and those you want to play with leaves. I will give this a 2/10. Two points only because the servers are stable.

I ordered a server and after 24 hours it still was not setup so I submitted a ticket through their support system. I did not get a response after a week so I submitted a Paypal dispute and they responded within a couple days and setup the server. A few days later however, I requested for help installing a mod on my server and still haven't received a response after several weeks. So I have just decided to cancel the service and move to a different host.

For all kinds of games, but when it came to having the performance and uptime I demanded, only Vilayer was able to provide it time after time. They have custom tools in their control panels that I have not seen anywhere else making some tiresome tedious tasks very easy to complete. I have always had a good repor with them and will not even consider using anyone else at this point. Highly recommended.

After 10 days, game server I ordered has still NOT been setup. They advertise quick setup but that is not true. Vilayer does not respond to tickets even after over a week! No communication; no support. Worst server company I have ever used.

I have recently purchase a ExileMod server through ViLayer and ran into some issue due to the orginal way they approach the packing of PBO files. Due to the fact you can edit the PBO file without needing to unpack and repack the files, there are issues with the installs of some addons who normally would drag and drop and a workaround is needed. After lodging a support ticket I got a prompt reply from Lee, the owner, explaining exactly why the above happens and he even came into my own TS to offer his assistance with the workaround to get it working for no extra cost! Other providers should take note of that excellent customer service, because that is how you make long term customers!

These guys are awful I bought an Assetto Corsa server. It just disappeared from my control panel and I couldnt reach the server anymore. I sent these guys support tickets about whats happening. They didnt answer for 24 hours. I did request a refund from Paypal and they just gave my money back without even trying to convince me to stay with them. No conversations

Same here. Support = 0 Pay 60 € for Squad Server Start Server = Server Not Work. Re-Install Server = Server Error Support = 2 Hours later Re-Install the Server Me and Frends connect the Squad Server = All have Black Screen. I read some good things about Vilayer. It had DDos protection. Good pricing. The control panel was awesome. However, 30 minutes after the server was up and running for the first time, it crashed. Cant connect to the FTP, and the restart button on the Control panel isnt available. I submitted a ticket around 2pm, it is now 5pm. So far, so bad. My finger is on the cancellation button.

At first, 3 years ago we were happy with them, even if the ticket answer wasn't what it should be. Since a year but more since summer 2015 they suck, they really suck. Servers unstable, crash, status unknown at least once a week. Ticket answer is awful, always same crap they copy and paste to you, the last ticket I sent it took 4 days to have an answer and server still not fixed. They don't care about client, when you read the section about Vilayer on their website its all bullshit, it never been like that even when we started with them. Just don't go with them its a total waste of money and time + it make your players angry instead having a great time playing.

Cheapest isn't always better, and this is VERY true when it comes to getting a squad server with them. Server doesn't load connections, when it comes to game servers, Time is money and the lack of support doesn't help. Please STAY away from getting a squad server with them. Still can't get the server up and running.

Hi, Just came here to tell about my experience with Vilayer. I rented a dedicated server 2 months ago, everything was going fine until yesterday I start having some connection problems, the server its getting disconnected every 10 minutes. I sent a ticket 40 hours ago and still no solution, they just tell me they have escalated my ticket to a senior member staff and as soon as they start the shift they will work on my problem. I sent another ticket after 20 hours waiting and got the same answer, then I sent another ticket 35 hours after and same answer. If you want a server with a good hardware but a horrible customer support, this should ne your option.
